Please follow the procedure below for your convenience:
Ι. You have the right to return for any reason the product you purchased and delivered to you within 14 days from the date of receipt.
A prerequisite for the validity of the withdrawal is that the product has not been used and that it is accompanied by all the necessary documents proving the transaction.
To facilitate the process, you must first inform us about the return by sending an e-mail to info@silkycollection.gr or by calling 210 5746 096.
The cost of return is borne exclusively by the withdrawn buyer, except in the case where defects are found in the product, in which case the Company bears the costs.
In particular, the conditions governing the return of a product are as follows:
α. The product must be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt.
β. The packaging of the product must be in its original condition.
γ. The returned product may not have been used and damaged.
δ. The return costs are borne by the customer, except in the case of actual defects.
ε. In the event that the product to be returned is received by the Company without prior payment of the shipping costs, these costs are deducted from the amount to be returned.
f. The buyer must also place all the documents required by law within the packaging in order to enable the cancellation of the sale.
In the event that the above conditions are not met, the product will not be received by the Company and will be returned to the sender, at the sender’s expense.
II. Upon the return of the product and its receipt by the competent service department, the Company undertakes to replace the product with another similar and new one, in case the original one has proven to be defective (replacement).
In any other case, it credits the buyer’s personal account on the website with the amount originally paid. Subsequently, it is possible to use the credited price for the purchase of another product of the buyer’s choice.
If the new product has a higher price than the returned product, then the buyer has to go through a new payment procedure to settle the difference. If, however, the new product has a lower value than the returned product, then the Company shall credit the difference to the Buyer in accordance with the above.
III. Both the right to exchange and the right to return the product refer to the whole of the purchased product and cannot be exercised on only part of it (e.g. accessories that accompany the product).
IV. From the possibility of unjustified withdrawal / return may be excluded, those products available from the company in special discount prices (offers) for a limited period of time.In this case, the products bear special marking, while their exclusion from the right of unjustified return is clearly indicated in the specific terms that accompany their availability.
However, the right of return cannot be excluded and the buyer is entitled to return it to the company in the event that legal or factual defects are found in the delivered product.
