1. What are your shipping options and costs?

  1. AtticaFor shipping with delivery on the next working day, the fee is €4 up to 2 kg of weight. For each additional kilo, the charge amounts to €0.90.
  2. Rest of GreeceFor shipping to land destinations, with delivery the next working day, the charge is €4 up to 2 kg of weight. For each additional kilo, the charge amounts to €1. (For some combinations of dispatch city – delivery city the time can be extended to 2 working days).For shipping to island destinations, with delivery within 2 working days, the charge is €4 up to 2 kg of weight. For each additional kilo, the charge amounts to €1.
  3. Cash on DeliveryFor each shipment with a cash on delivery order, regardless of destination, the fee is €5.5 up to 2 kg in weight. For each additional kilo, the charge amounts to €1.
  4. Free DeliveryWith purchases over €50, shipping and cash on delivery within Greece are FREE.

2. Do you offer international shipping?

Yes in Cyprus. Shipments in Cyprus are made express with delivery in 3-5 working days. The cost with cash on delivery is €10.

3. Can I return my product?

You have the right to return for any reason the product you purchased and delivered to you within 14 days from the date of receipt.

A necessary condition for the validity of the withdrawal is that the product has not been used and that it is accompanied by all the necessary documents proving the transaction carried out.

To facilitate the process, you must first inform us about the return by sending an e-mail to info@silkycollection.gr or by calling 210 5746 096.

4. What is your return policy?

a. The product must be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt.

b. The product packaging must be in its original condition.

c. The returned product must not have been used and must not have suffered material damage.

d. Return costs are borne by the customer, except in the case of actual defects.
